I received a call from the EPD Sunday saying they had picked up Mr. Nelan. He told them he had a bus ticket from the Township but just needed a confirmation number. Basically, he called us at 9:00 am on Friday and was supposed to be at the bus station by 3:25 pm. He never made it to the station. I told the PD that he could come in Monday and we would send him on his way again. He has not showed up yet.
