Rose came in to get a gas card.  She said she had to take her husband Mike to Champaign for a doctor's appointment.  We gave her a $10 gas card.  I seem to remember Mike coming in last week for one, but he didn't have either proof of insurance or a valid insurance card. LISA ADAMS

Lisa Adams came in on January 27th saying her 3 month old grandchild was in Children's Hospital in St. Louis in ICU.  She had a valid driver's license and insurance so we gave her a $25 gas card.  On Monday, January 30th we had a lady come in wanting a gas card.  She provided insurance with Lisa Adam's name.
