RE: Wilma Koonce/Wilma Kelly
Wilma Koonce stopped in today after court looking for lodging and food. Has early morning train to catch Thursday to head back to Pekin, IL. Said she could stay in shelter in Mattoon but train for Mattoon does not leave until morning. We helped with $10 card for food. She was here in December 2010 for same thing but said she didn’t want to take train to Mattoon that time, needed to go to Peoria.

Learned today the above person goes by both names and neither name appears on the court docket this week. We will not be able to help her in the future.
